The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1955/56  was the 5th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the II. Southwest Division until 1963 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champion was last year relegated Viktoria Hühnerfeld . In the promotion round to the II. Southwest Division , Hühnerfeld took the first place that qualified for promotion. The SV Fraulautern had to relegate to the district league after this season. For the following season 1956/57 , the amateurs from Borussia Neunkirchen and FV 07 Diefflen came as promoters from the district leagues.
