The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1953/54  was the third season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the II. Southwest Division until 1963 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

The Saarland champion was SV Ludweiler . In the promotion round to the II. Southwest Division , Ludweiler took second place, which allowed for promotion. The SpVgg Qui Various and FC Ensdorf had to relegate to the district league after this season. For the following season 1954/55 the SC Großrosseln and SV Illingen came as promoted from the district leagues, and SC Altenkessel as relegated from the II. Division.
