The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1963/64  was the 13th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the Regionalliga Südwest until 1974 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

As in the previous year, the Saarland champion was Viktoria Sulzbach , but failed in the Regionalliga promotion round against the Rhineland champion Germania Metternich . Borussia Körprich , FV 07 Diefflen and FV Püttlingen had to relegate to the district league after this season. For the following season 1964/65 came Rot-Weiss Hasborn and the SC Großrosseln as climbers from the district league.
