The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1964/65  was the 14th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the Regionalliga Südwest until 1974 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champion was the SV Ludweiler, but failed in the regional league promotion round at the southwest champion SV Alsenborn . The FC St. Wendel , the SC Blieskastel and Prussia Merchweiler had to dismount after this season in the district league. For the following season 1965/66 , the FV Bischmisheim and the ASV Kleinottweiler came as a climber from the district league, and Sportfreunde Saarbrücken as a relegated from the regional league.
