The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1959/60  was the 9th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the II. Southwest Division until 1963 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champion was SV 06 Völklingen . In the promotion round to the II. Southwest Division , Völklingen took third place, which did not qualify for promotion. The amateurs from Borussia Neunkirchen , FSV Saarwellingen and SpVgg Elversberg had to relegate to the district league after this season. For the following 1960/61 season , the FG Heiligenwald and Borussia Körprich came as promoted from the district league, and FC 08 Homburg as relegated from the II. Division.
