The Saarland Amateur Football League 1974/75 was the 24th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the 2. Bundesliga until 1978 and was therefore third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champion was ASC Dudweiler , who finished third in the south-west group in the promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga South and thus had to play in the amateur league in the coming season. The Sportfreunde Saarbrücken , the ASV Kleinottweiler and SV Ludweiler had to dismount after this season in the district league. For the following season 1975/76 , FC Oberkirchen and FSV Saarwellingen came as promoted from the district league, and Borussia Neunkirchen as relegated from the 2nd Bundesliga.
