The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1969/70  was the 19th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the Regionalliga Südwest until 1974 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champion was VfB Theley , who also successfully completed the regional league promotion round and was allowed to move up. Rot-Weiß Hasborn and the amateurs from Borussia Neunkirchen had to relegate to the district league after this season. For the following season 1970/71 the FV Diefflen and the amateurs from FC Homburg came as a climber from the district league, as well as the SC Friedrichsthal as a relegated from the Regionalliga Südwest.
