The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1965/66  was the 15th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the Regionalliga Südwest until 1974 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champion was FC 08 Homburg , which also successfully completed the regional league promotion round and was allowed to move up. The FV Bischmisheim was relegated after this season in the district league, as it the decider against the tied FC Ensdorf lost. For the following season 1966/67 the SV Mettlach came as a climber from the district league.
