The Verbandsliga Mittelrhein 1957/58 was the 2nd season of the Verbandsliga Mittelrhein , which from 1956 to 1978 was the top division in men's amateur football on the Middle Rhine . Until 1963, this league, together with the association leagues Niederrhein and Westphalia, represented the substructure of the II. West Division and was third-class in the German football league system of that time .

The SV Bergisch Gladbach 09 was Mittelrheinmeister, but remained in the league, since he renounced the promotion to the II. Division West 1958/59 .
