The 1st Amateur League South Baden 1961/62  was the 12th season of the 1st Amateur League in South Baden - the forerunner of today's  Association League South Baden . The South Baden amateur champion was the SC Baden-Baden , which could not prevail in the promotion round to the II. Division against the other amateur champions in Baden-Württemberg and only reached 2nd place among the four participating teams in this group. The SV Haslach and FC Kandern had to descend to the 2nd Amateur League. Phönix Durmersheim and the amateurs of Freiburg FC were promoted for the following season .
