The 1st Amateur League South Baden 1953/54  was the 5th season of the 1st Amateur League in South Baden - the forerunner of today's  Association League South Baden . The South Baden amateur champion was the  FC Rastatt , which could not prevail in the promotion round to the II. Division against the other two South German amateur league champions and only reached 3rd place among the three participating teams in this group. The  FC Konstanz took over as Südbadischer representatives at the  German Amateur Championship in 1955 in part, failed there but devoid of points already in the group round.

The VFR ACHERN and FC Gutach had to descend to the 2nd Amateur League. The promoters for the following season were SV Kuppenheim and VfR Stockach .
