The 1st Amateur League South Baden 1956/57  was the 7th season of the 1st Amateur League in South Baden - the forerunner of today's  Association League South Baden . The South Baden amateur champion was  FC Konstanz , which however could not prevail in the promotion round to the II. Division against the other four southern German amateur league champions and only reached 4th place among the five participating teams in this group. The FV Lörrach and 1. FC Rheinfelden had to descend to the 2nd Amateur League. The promoters for the following season were FC Singen and FC Emmendingen .
