The 1st Amateur League South Baden 1950/51  was the 1st season of the 1st Amateur League in South Baden - the forerunner of today's  Association League South Baden . The South Baden amateur champions were  FC 08 Villingen . The champions of the amateur leagues Bavaria, Hesse and Württemberg were automatically qualified for the promotion round. The champions of the amateur league Baden and Südbaden had to play qualifying games. At the end of the season, ASV Feudenheim prevailed against FC 08 Villingen. Both teams won their home games 2-0 - Feudenheim won the playoff in Pforzheim 1-0 after extra time. FC Villingen also took part in the German amateur championship, which was held for the first time in 1951 , but failed there in the preliminary round against the later finalists Karlsruher FV .

The SpVgg Ottenau and the SV BW Freiburg had to relegate to the 2nd amateur league. The promoters for the following season were VfR Stockach , FC Gutach and Kehler FV . VfL Konstanz came from the II. Division as a relegated team.

The 1st Amateur League South Baden was the successor to the Landesliga Südbaden .
