The 1st Amateur League South Baden 1964/65  was the 15th season of the 1st Amateur League in South Baden - the forerunner of today's  Association League South Baden . The South Baden amateur champions were SC Freiburg. The 1. FC Rheinfelden and Phoenix Durmersheim had to descend to the 2nd Amateur League. SV Waldkirch and VfR Achern were promoted for the following season .

The champions SC Freiburg could not prevail in the promotion round to the Regionalliga Süd in the Baden-Württemberg group against the other amateur champions in Baden-Württemberg and took 3rd place among the four participating teams.

SV Kuppenheim took part in the 1965 German amateur soccer championship as a South Baden participant , but failed in the first round at SSV Mülheim  (Rhineland).
