The 1st Amateur League South Baden 1960/61  was the 11th season of the 1st Amateur Football League in South Baden - the forerunner of today's  Association League South Baden . The South Baden amateur champion was the Offenburger FV , which could not prevail in the promotion round to the II. Division against the other amateur champions in Baden-Württemberg and only reached 3rd place among the four participating teams in this group. The FV St. Georgen and the SV Wyhlen had to descend to the 2nd Amateur League. SV Haslach and SpVgg Rheinfelden were promoted for the following season .
