The 1st Amateur League South Baden 1955/56  was the 6th season of the 1st Amateur League in South Baden - the forerunner of today's  Association League South Baden . The South Baden amateur champion was the  FC Villingen , which could not prevail in the promotion round to the II. Division against the other four southern German amateur league champions and only reached 5th place among the five participating teams in this group. The SV Weil and VfR Stockach had to descend to the 2nd Amateur League. Südstern Singen and VFB Gaggenau were promoted for the following season .
