    Promotion and German amateur championship

    The master police SV Bremen had no success in the subsequent round of promotion to Regionalliga Nord .

    As Bremen representative, Eintracht Bremen took part in the German amateur championship in 1970 and was eliminated in the round of 16 against VfL Neckarau .
