The Bremen Amateur Football League 1972/73 was the twenty-fourth season of the top amateur class of the Bremen Football Association . As in the previous season, Blumenthaler SV became champions .

    Promotion and German amateur championship

    The master Blumenthaler SV had no success in the subsequent round of promotion to Regionalliga Nord .

    The SV Bremen police took part in the 1973 German amateur championship as Bremen representative and was eliminated in the round of 16 against Bergedorf 85 .
