The 2008/09 season of the Bremen-Liga was the 62nd season of the Bremen-Liga and the 15th as the fifth-highest division in Germany. With the introduction of the 3rd league and the splitting of the Oberliga Nord for the 2008/09 season, the fifth-class Bremen league , which had previously been run as an association league, received the status of a league .
Brinkumer SV secured the championship with a 16 point lead over Bremer SV . The Brinkumer SV waived - like all other teams eligible for promotion - on promotion to the regional league .
The relegation ranks were occupied by SC Vahr-Blockdiek and Vatan Spor Bremen .
The second team of FC Oberneuland and SV Grohn rose from the Landesliga Bremen .
