The Bremen Football Association League 1980/81 was the thirty-second season of the highest amateur class in the Bremen Football Association . The runner-up of the previous season, the Bremerhaven club FT Geestemünde, was able to celebrate its first championship title in the top Bremen division this season. The title went to a team from Bremerhaven for the fourth time in total and for the second time in a row.

    In the relegation to promotion to the Oberliga Nord, FT Geestemünde failed, among other things, at the Hamburg representative SV Lurup
