The football Bezirksklasse Prussia 1934/35 was the second season of the second-rate football Bezirksklasse East Prussia in Sportgau East Prussia . The district class was again divided into four groups with seven to nine teams each. Since the established Gauliga East Prussia was dissolved for the coming season and instead the Gauligists switched to the district classes in order to play off the participants in the Gauliga every year, there was no promotion round for the district champions this season.

cDue to the elimination of the Gauliga in the coming season, the first team of MSV Hindenburg Allenstein played in the district class Allenstein in the coming year, so the second team had to relegate to the district class.
dThe Bischofsburger SV was accepted into the district class on application in December 1934, but was charged with 10 minus points. The club renamed itself to MSV Hindenburg Bischofsburg in 1935 and withdrew from gaming after the season.
eThe MSV Hindenburg Ortelsburg withdrew its team in September 1934 from game operations.
