Gáspár Ladocsi

Gáspár Ladocsi (born June 26, 1952 in Nagybajcs ) is auxiliary bishop emeritus in Esztergom-Budapest .

Life

The Archbishop of Esztergom , László Cardinal Lékai , ordained him a priest on June 18, 1977 and was incardinated in the clergy of the Archdiocese of Esztergom .

Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Sebarga and bishop of the Hungarian military ordinariate on April 18, 1994 . He was ordained bishop on May 14th of the same year by the Archbishop of Esztergom-Budapest, Cardinal László Paskai OFM ; Co- consecrators were Angelo Acerbi , Apostolic Nuncio in Hungary, and István Seregély , Archbishop of Eger .

On November 28, 2001 John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Risinium and auxiliary bishop in Esztergom-Budapest. On November 26, 2010, Pope Benedict XVI. his resignation.
