Géza Hegedüs
Géza Hegedüs (born May 14, 1912 in Budapest , Austria-Hungary ; died April 9, 1999 in Budapest) was a Hungarian historian , writer and university teacher .
Life
Hegedüs wrote a large number of historical novels, plays and popular science books in the course of his life. He was a professor at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest . Among other things, he was awarded the Hungarian Attila József Prize three times and received various state medals of merit from the communist state.
