The Gabacut is a river in France that runs in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It rises in the municipality of Égliseneuve-d'Entraigues , generally drains in a south-westerly direction through the Volcans d'Auvergne Regional Nature Park and, after a total of around 19 kilometers, flows into the Rhue as a right tributary at the municipal boundary of Trémouille and Montboudif . On its way, the Gabacut crosses the Puy-de-Dôme and Cantal departments .
