The Gabriele Schaefer Publishing is a German book publisher based in Herne , North Rhine-Westphalia . It was founded in 1997 by Tibor Schäfer and has been an owner-managed company ever since.

The focus of the publishing house in the first decade was on the translation and communication of Eastern European history , in particular the dissemination of presentations on the history of the historical Greater Hungary area. More recently, there has been an increasing number of other scientific editions, such as those on the Middle East conflict and didactics , but also fiction and memoirs .
