Gaby Schuster ( pseudonyms : Marie Cordonnier , Gabriele Marie Cristen , Marie Cristen , Valerie Lord , born October 9, 1948 in Unterthingau , Ostallgäu district ) is a German writer .

Life

Gaby Schuster completed a traineeship at the “ Allgäuer Zeitung ” from 1965 to 1967 . She moved to the " Südwest Presse " in Ulm , where she was most recently responsible for children's and youth issues within the feature section . In the 1970s she moved to Munich for family reasons , where she found a job at the Kauka publishing house . She initially worked there for the comic department; from 1973 she took over the editor-in-chief of the youth magazine " Melanie-Popcorn ". Later she was editor-in - chief of the Springer-Verlag magazine " Mädchen ". Schuster has been a freelance writer since 1984 .

Gaby Schuster is the author of numerous books for children and young people for female readers. It also publishes narrative works for adults under several pseudonyms, mainly from the genres of historical novels and romance novels . Today she lives in Egmating in Upper Bavaria .
