The Galeizon is a river in France that runs in the Occitania region . It rises in the Cevennes , in the wooded mountainous region near the Col du Serre du Pradel , in the municipality of Saint-Martin-de-Boubaux . In its upper course, the river plunges into the valley with a considerable gradient over a short distance, drains generally in a south-easterly direction and after 29 kilometers flows into the Gardon d'Alès as a left tributary in the municipality of Cendras . On its way, the Galeizon crosses the Lozère and Gard departments .
