Garret T. Sato

Garret T. Sato (born November 7, 1964 in Oahu , Hawaii ) is an American actor with Japanese ancestry. Today he lives in Los Angeles and on Oahu.

Life

With his father in the US Army , the family often moved within mainland America in his early years. Sato then attended school (Aiea High School) and college (Leeward Community College) in Hawaii. After college, he focused on bodybuilding , but then quickly realized his passion for acting and returned to college. After graduating from acting, he went to Los Angeles to work as an actor in Hollywood . There he met Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa , whom he still calls his mentor today.
