Son-in-Law Junior is an American comedy film starring Pauly Shore and Carla Gugino , directed by Steve Rash in 1993.

Rebecca Warner is from the Midwest and is currently studying in California . It was there that she met her new friend Crawl. Together they pay their traditional parents a visit. The parents are shocked by their daughter's chaotic new boyfriend, as they already had plans to marry the young farmer Travis. For Thanksgiving, Rebecca announces that she and Crawl are getting married.
The scorned Travis and Rebecca's shocked parents try everything to drive Crawl off the farm and break the engagement. But Crawl can gradually draw the sympathies on his side.
