Garry Goodrow

Garry George Goodrow (born November 4, 1933 in Malone , New York - † July 22, 2014 ) was an American actor .

Life

Garry Goodrow began his career in the theater. In 1959 he appeared as Ernie as a member of the Living Theater in The Connection . In 1962 he took on the same role in the film adaptation of the play. He remained a member of the Living Theater until 1963, where he appeared in changing pieces. In 1963 he was a founding member of the improvisational comedy group The Committee .

From the mid-1960s he turned increasingly to film and television production. In 1973 he appeared on the stage show National Lampoon's Lemmings . In 1987 he took on the role of Moe Pressman in the dance film Dirty Dancing . In 1992 he wrote the screenplay for the film Darling, Now We Have a Giant Baby .

Goodrow died on July 22, 2014. He left a son and daughter.
