History and description
The Gasthof Zum Löwen was built in the middle of the 18th century. The builder was the Arheilger mayor Thomas Weber. The broad, single-storey hall extension from 1905 is attached to the old baroque , plastered , eaves-standing building . The building has a Baroque-style portal with Art Nouveau elements in the sculptural details and Art Nouveau elements in the four lead-glazed arched windows .
Monument protection
For architectural and city history reasons, the building is a cultural monument .
