The Gauliga Wartheland 1941/42 was the second season of the Gauliga Wartheland of the professional football department . In this season, the teams were divided into two relays, whose relay winners played the Gaume Championship in two finals. In the end, the sports community Ordnungspolizei Litzmannstadt prevailed and thus qualified for the German soccer championship 1941/42 . In this, the team reached the round of 16 thanks to a bye , in which they were clearly eliminated with 1: 8 against VfB Königsberg . For the coming season, the Gaume Championship was played in a group of ten participants.
