Ernst August Victor Frech (born November 29, 1866 in Kork (Kehl) , † November 12, 1930 in Emmendingen ) was a German senior bailiff and district administrator .

Live and act

Frech of the Grand Ducal upper bailiff and later state commissioner was the son of Albert Frech and studied in Heidelberg law . There he became a member of the Vineta Heidelberg fraternity . After his exams in 1890 and 1894, he joined the Baden interior administration in 1894 and became an official in the Mannheim district in 1898 . In 1903 he became senior bailiff and district director in St. Blasien ; In 1908 he was head of the district office of Neustadt in the Black Forest , in 1913 in the district office of Waldkirch , where he became district administrator in 1924. In 1917 he was appointed a secret councilor. In 1927 he took over the board of directors in Emmendingen .
