church

The Catholic branch church St. Georg is a late Gothic hall building with a strongly drawn-in polygonal choir and angled choir tower from the 2nd half of the 15th century. The church is famous for its high altar , which was created in 1482 and restored in 2015. This altar with its numerous reliefs , paintings and sculptures probably used to stand in a Landshut church and was probably brought to Gelbersdorf in the 17th century.
