Georg Störzel

Johann Georg Störzel (born January 28, 1782 in Ludwigslust ; † November 15, 1863 in Schwerin ) was a German lawyer and politician.

Life

Störzel was the son of the physician Johann Georg Störzel. From 1799 he studied law at the Universities of Rostock and Göttingen . After completing his studies, he became an official auditor in Rühn . From 1808 to 1813 he was an official administrator in Warin , and from 1813 to 1816 he was an official and second official in Dargun . From 1816 to 1824 he worked as senior magistrate and first official in Grabow . In 1824 he became a Mecklenburg Chamber Council, in 1831 an Upper Chamber Council. From 1832 Störzel worked in the finance department of the Secret Ministry of Mecklenburg-Schwerin; from 1837 as secret ministerial advisor and Mecklenburg finance minister. Störzel was elected as a member of the Mecklenburg parliament in the constituency of Mecklenburg-Schwerin 20 ( Gammelin ) in 1848 and was its age president .
