book

People in Europe

For the book People in Europe by Georges and Ingrid Dimou, all embassies and Austrian-European societies were contacted and invited to write a contribution. There were no limits to the imagination. The result was a panorama of mentality descriptions of one's own or a "foreign" people with dedications, historical representations and personal experience reports.

At the same time, an attempt was made to describe the people in Europe by choosing certain topics. There are articles about music, dance, theater, food and drink as well as about driving behavior in traffic and football. The focus was on diversity. The second part of the book “At Home in Europe” presents the result of conversations between the two authors and many people who have shared their experiences with Europeans.
