Gerd Heise

Gerd Heise (* 1953 in Oberhausen ) is a German architect . He is a partner in the architecture firm HPP Hentrich - Petschnigg & Partner GmbH + Co. KG.

Life

Gerd Heise first learned to be a draftsman in 1970 . He completed his architecture studies at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences . After graduating, he worked at the Bibliotheca Hertziana of the Max Planck Society in the Palazzo Zuccari in Rome .

Since 1980 he has been working for the architecture firm HPP Hentrich-Petschnigg & Partner GmbH + Co. KG, headquartered in Düsseldorf . Initially working as a project manager, then as head of the HPP offices in Leipzig and Hamburg, he became a partner and limited partner of HPP KG in 1994 . Today he heads the HPP offices in Hamburg and Leipzig as a partner . Numerous buildings that shaped the cityscape in Leipzig after German reunification can be traced back to his work.

Gerd Heise is a member of the Association of German Architects (BDA) and of the Saxony Chamber of Architects.
