Couddes is located about 25 kilometers south-southeast of Blois . Couddes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Oisly in the north and northwest, Sassay in the north and northeast, Chémery in the east, Méhers in the southeast, Saint-Romain-sur-Cher in the south and Choussy in the west.
