history

Part of Pruniers-en-Sologne was the Champleroy fief, which briefly belonged to Jean de Dunois and from the 15th to the 18th century to the House of Barbançon .

The airfield Romorantin-Pruniers was in World War an important base of the American Expeditionary Force.
