Dhuizon is about 20 kilometers east of Blois in the Sologne . Dhuizon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Ferté-Saint-Cyr in the north, Villeny in the east and north-east, Montrieux-en-Sologne in the south and east, Bauzy in the south-west, Neuvy in the west, Thoury in the west and north-west and Crouy-sur-Cosson in the north-west.
