La Ferté-Saint-Cyr is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Laurent-Nouan in the north and north-west, Ligny-le-Ribault in the east, Villeny in the south-east, Dhuizon in the south and Crouy-sur-Cosson in the west.
