Bracieux is a French commune with 1,305 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Blois and the canton of Chambord (until 2015: canton of Bracieux ).

Bracieux is located about 16 kilometers east-southeast of Blois on the Beuvron River in Sologne . Bracieux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Tour-en-Sologne in the north, west and south and Neuvy in the north, south and east.
