Séris is a French municipality with 376 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Blois and is part of the canton of La Beauce (until 2015: canton of Marchenoir ). The inhabitants are called Serisois .

geography

Séris is located about 22 kilometers northeast of Blois on the edge of the Beauce . Séris is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Concriers in the north, Laveau in the north and northeast, Lestiou in the east and southeast, Avaray in the south and southeast, Mer in the south, Villexanton in the west and southwest and Talcy in the northwest.
