Huisseau-sur-Cosson is a French commune with 2,281 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Blois and the canton of Chambord (until 2015: canton of Bracieux ). The inhabitants are called Huisselois .

geography

Maslives is located about eleven kilometers northeast of Blois on the Loire in the Sologne . The river Cosson limits the community in the south and southeast. Maslives is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Suèvres in the north, Saint-Dyé-sur-Loire in the northeast, Chambord in the east and southeast, Huisseau-sur-Cosson in the south and southwest and Montlivault in the west.
