La Madeleine-Villefrouin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Léonard-en-Beauce in the north and north-west, Le Plessis-l'Échelle in the north-east, Talcy in the east and south-east, La Chapelle-Saint-Martin-en-Plaine in the south and south-east as well as Maves to the west and southwest.
