Crouy-sur-Cosson is located about 20 kilometers east-northeast of Blois on the Cosson in the Sologne . Crouy-sur-Cosson is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Laurent-Nouan in the north, La Ferté-Saint-Cyr in the east, Dhuizon in the south and southeast and Thoury in the south and west.
