geography
Averdon is about ten kilometers north-northwest of Blois on the Cisse . Averdon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Champigny-en-Beauce in the north and northwest, Conan in the north, Maves in the northeast, Mulsans in the east, Villerbon in the southeast, Marolles and Fossé in the south, Saint-Bohaire in the southwest and La Chapelle-Vendômoise in the west .
