Saint-Léonard-en-Beauce is a French municipality with 644 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Blois and is part of the canton of La Beauce (until 2015: canton of Marchenoir ).

Saint-Léonard-en-Beauce is located about 27 kilometers north of Blois on the edge of the Beauce . Saint-Léonard-en-Beauce is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beauce la Romaine with La Colombe in the north, Autainville in the northeast, Marchenoir in the east, Le Plessis-l'Échelle in the east and southeast, La Madeleine-Villefroun and Maves in the south, Oucques La Nouvelle with Oucques in the west and Vievy-le-Rayé in the northwest.
