Josnes is located about 27 kilometers east-southeast of Orléans on the edge of the Beauce . Josnes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lorges in the north and west, Cravant in the north and northeast, Villorceau in the east, Tavers in the east and southeast, Séris in the south and Concriers in the southwest.
