Chissay-en-Touraine is located about 31 kilometers south-southwest of Blois and about 34 kilometers east-southeast of Tours on the Cher , which borders the municipality in the south. Chissay-en-Touraine is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Vallières-les-Grandes in the north, Montrichard Val de Cher in the east, Faverolles-sur-Cher in the southeast, Saint-Georges-sur-Cher in the south, Chisseaux in the west and Souvigny-de -Touraine in the northwest.
